The following general terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded through this website.
Conclusion of the purchase
The products for sale on the website wwww.protesi.net constitute an invitation to the public to formulate a purchase proposal at the indicated price, which once formulated will entail complete knowledge and acceptance of the following general conditions.
All product sales prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
The purchase contract will be considered concluded only with the acceptance of the proposal by the New Hair System, which in any case has the right to cancel the order received without having to give any explanation to this effect to the customer, who will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Any right of the customer to any compensation for damages or compensation, as well as contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons or property, caused by the non-acceptance of the proposed order is excluded.
Choice of product
The customer declares to personally choose the product based on his needs and no responsibility can be attributed to New Hair System in the event that the system (s) does not meet his expectations, in particular due to errors on the part of the customer in choosing the type of base, hair color, density, waviness, etc.
In consideration of the artisanal nature of the capillary system, the customer acknowledges that the product may present variations in the invoice, which do not represent defects of conformity of the product and which make it suitable for the use for which it is intended.
If the product is available in stock it is usually sent within 1/2 days.
The availability of the products indicated on the site refers to that present in the warehouse in Italy, but this must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to others before confirmation or receipt. of the payment of the order. Therefore, even after sending the order confirmation e-mail by the New Hair System, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the products.
If the product is not in stock but it is at the manufacturer's, it is possible to pre-order it with shipping times of approximately 15 days.
If the requested product is not available within the indicated times, New Hair System reserves the right to propose similar alternative products or to cancel the order received, with full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
The shipping times indicated are intended as working days and run from the day following the date of receipt of payment.
Shipping times may differ depending on the location to be reached.
The New Hair System is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the goods by the courier or for other causes not attributable to it.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the correspondence of what was delivered with the requested product.
Furthermore, the customer, immediately after receiving the implant, undertakes to check for any hair loss by at least two washes of the product.
The hair system, even when not installed, cut or otherwise worn, may be subject, by its very nature and manufacture, to progressive deterioration with consequent loss, even if not progressive, of the specific characteristics present at the time of its delivery.
The period of time within which the capillary system maintains its characteristics unaltered (the so-called life span of the product) depends on the type of base chosen, the hair graft, etc. and can be estimated in advance and presumptively in a maximum of 2/3 months starting from the date of receipt of the same by the customer. Beyond this period, even a correct use of the product cannot in any case avoid hair loss, the deterioration of their quality, of the base in which they are grafted and the variations in the shade of their color.
Improper use of the capillary system (such as by way of example but not limited to: excessive and repeated washing, washing performed incorrectly or with unsuitable products, incorrect storage methods, etc.) or even excessive or inappropriate use of products, such as adhesives or solvents, as they are suitable for altering the characteristics of the capillary system, cannot, in any case, entail any liability or give rise to any obligation on the part of New Hair System.
The hair system could cause irritation or alterations if applied for a long time and without any adequate maintenance. The system ordered in order to be applied and removed requires details a

The customer who needs an invoice must request it on the same day as the order is placed.
The request must be made through the link at the end of the email with the summary of the order, which you receive after confirming it.
Through the relative form, the customer can indicate his VAT number or tax code, as well as the PEC and / or the recipient code.
Without the correct indication of the aforementioned data, the invoice cannot be issued. As well as in case of late request.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the product received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.
The customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 8 days of receipt of the product.
Within the same term, the customer may also report any defects in the product that make it unsuitable for the use for which it is intended, consequently requesting its replacement or return.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email to email@example.com within the deadline. The return instructions will follow. Returns that are not agreed upon are not accepted.
The hair system must in any case be returned within 10 days of receiving it at the expense of the customer and in the state in which it was received, therefore without the base or hair being cut or the lace or film removed. excess if present. It can and must instead be washed immediately to check for any hair loss, as indicated in the previous point.
Any other different and subsequent operation to which the customer intends to submit the product on his own initiative (such as, by way of example but not limited to, the discoloration of the knots, the coloring or bleaching of the hair, perms or platings, etc.) prevents the return, which cannot therefore be accepted.
The New Hair System therefore reserves the right to examine and possibly reject unsuitable returns, as indicated above.
The return made correctly within the terms and in the manner indicated above will result in the refund of the amount paid by the customer within 30 days following the receipt of the goods by the New Hair System.
In the event that the customer opts for the replacement of the goods received, the shipping costs of the new product will be at his expense.
For any dispute the competent court will be that of Messina.
